Project Summery
The design is compatible with the appearance of the modern penthouse. The development is a combination of new construction, comprised of 5 master-bedroom units in a one-story, 3-over-3-unit apartment building and modern servant quarters for the home staffs.
The area camouflage will provide safe and affordable, service-rich housing to chronically homeless veterans in a setting of security and independence within the fast rising Bissil town in Kajiado. The project was designed and developed by Brinker Construction and Logistics.
Project Challenges
To reiterate, urban management is an integrated and coordinated multi-organizational activity that is characterized by a wide range of tasks and processes. Brinker Construction identified a number of urban management tasks, including the provision of basic public goods and services such as water and sanitation, drainage, transportation and telecommunication, healthcare. Which have lengthy bureaucracy in attaining the above mentioned services.
